Had a wonderful week staying at this property. The house is warm and relaxing and spotless inside. With the beach at your doorstep, the house is situated in the perfect location and has amazing views of the sea. Will definitely be staying again!
Located right on the front line of the harbour at Garlieston with beautiful views across the port. This holiday home is situated in a truly idyllic place to relax and unwind, and with so many picturesque towns and villages nearby to visit and enjoy you really can't go far wrong.
This was our first visit to this part of Scotland and we certainly weren't disappointed. We travelled as a three generation family with our daughter, her husband and our grandson and there was plenty for us all to enjoy. From the swimming pools at Newton Stewart and Stanraer for the little one to the nearby golf courses for our daughter and son-in-law (Cally Palace at Gatehouse of Fleet was outstanding) to the restaurants and tea rooms in the nearby towns for us.
Visits to Kirkcudbright and Port Patrick are a must as is the small port at the Isle of Whithorn.
The holiday home itself was perfect for our party with three large bedrooms and three bathrooms, well equipped kitchen and comfortable lounge area with satellite TV available.
In the many years we have been on self catered holidays, I can honestly say that we have not stayed at a better equipped house. The owners ensured that the whole booking process was easy and everything went smoothly.
We would highly recommend Cladach holiday home and look forward to returning in the future.

What a fabulous stay at Garlieston in Scotland. Such a beautiful setting with fabulous scenery , beaches both on your doorstep and a drive away. Suitable for all the family . Relaxing and a great place to recharge your batteries. Lovely unspoilt places to visit from the deers and walks the friendly nearby places of Port William, and Port Patrick and the great fun at Cream of Gallaway.
A friendly local pub with lovely safe beer garden for those with small children.
The house itself was everything we needed, all modern amenities dishes washer etc. Lovely touch with having fresh milk, bread and short bread biscuits was just what we needed when we arrived. Would definitely reccommed and will be visiting again
What a truly beautiful place Garlieston is.
My stay in Claddagh was more than expected.
This is a very well equipped holiday home, full of extra's.
In every respect it exceeded expectations;
Lovely cotton linen on the beds;
Cling film, foil,washing up liquid, cleaning materials,
Bread, jam milk on arrival.
Play station and Dvd's on separate floor for the kids, whilst we enjoyed Our separate space downstairs.
We will be back - Thank you.
