Very comfortable stay. Nice luxury touches like Nespresso coffee machine, wool blanket, lovely local artwork on the walls. Comfy bed and apartment was very spacious. Appreciated the wireless charging port as I forgot my phone charger. Pack of ear plugs provided although it wasn’t noisy at all when I stayed. 5 minute walk to the CBD with restaurants, bars and the Cathedral. Welcoming, friendly host.

Beautiful place to stay, went down with family for a wedding. The rooms were spacious and the beds soo comfy, nice setting and privacy. Restaurants only a short walk away so a perfect location. Next to a busy road but very quiet, we didnt hear a thing. All staff I spoke to were very welcome and accommodating, nothing was too much trouble. I would 100% recommend and can't wait to come back 😊

Have stayed previously, but this time my wife and I spent 5 very comfortable nights at this truly outstanding motel. The room was spacious, smartly presented with a luxurious bathroom. The hosts are very friendly and helpful, great parking adjacent to your room , the town center a few minutes walk. Having stayed in many motels in N Z the single most important factor is the bed, these will not disappoint large, comfy with crisp white sheets and pillows.Will definitely be staying here on our next visit.

Due to unexpected changes to our itinerary we ended up being able to spend a night and day in Nelson. We chose the Palazzo for our accommodation and were very impressed. The location was great, so close to eateries, the main Street etc... our studio was very clean and the bed very comfortable. Being only there one night we didn't use the kitchenette but it would be perfect for a longer stay. We thought Nelson was a lovely town and hope to return one day to further explore the town and surrounding district. It's obvious there's much to see in this beautiful part of the world. We would happily choose the Palazzo if we are lucky enough to return. The staff were so helpful and friendly. We have no hesitation in recommending the Palazzo.

I shouted my daughter a night here for her birthday treat. It was beautiful and perfect for us. The bed was comfortable and it was spotlessly clean, has everything you need. We would definitely stay here again. Very friendly.
