great location, away from the noise of people, beautiful landscaping, good spacious rooms, great service, value for money, the puppet show and the small boy with his father playing the traditional rajasthani tunes in the mornings was very special. perfect for families with children. lots of lush green grass for the kids to play. Only 2 things that the guests need to be aware about :1. the guests need to ensure there is a place to stay for their personal drivers. There is no proper accommodation for the drivers. We had to send the driver to an adjoining guest house as there was no arrangements for their boarding. Rooms are equipped with TV and coffee maker. The TV has very few channels so for the evenings equip yourself with your own entertainment.

Room Tip: A room on the first floor facing the landscaping is a good idea! Carry your own tea bags if you enjo...

Beutiful property from outside, but horrible service and swear on god do not ask for stuff like bathroom slippers etc, they actually ask for extra charges, the intent seems to be to rob the guest of all his money and make the hotel rich the package includes meals but when you order they charge extra for snacks, even if you had ordered minimum food like 2 veg dishes and 4 rotis for a booking of 4 and quite obviously the central ac doesn't work because the occupancy is not full, your fault...

went to this place with a big group,so got rooms for a decent price of 3k after discount.
But reaching this place became a big task.its 26kilometres from the airport and 20kilometres from d main market.plus traveling in this heat makes it even more difficult.
The rooms were clean and well maintained.we weren't provided any complimentary meals and the food at d hotel is overpriced.Food wasnt great either to add to d woes.
Staying at d hotel was kind off a let down for me,wouldn't recommend it to others. But if money inst an issue then go for it.

i stayed at the hotel as a part of a school trip. There were 45 of us in the hotel. The hotel is located about 17 km out of Jaipur city and that is its major advantage. the rooms are very clean, although it took time for the air conditioning to get going in some rooms. this was fixed quite quickly. it is a three storeyed building built like a palace. make sure you get the west facing rooms as these look on to the sprawling lawn. beyond the highway one can see the aravalli hills and the morning light on these is quite glorious. in early october there was a nip in the air early in the morning and it felt great to go out for a walk. the lawns are very well maintained. the staff is friendly. the food was good, i would not say it was great. some of it was spciy for my palate. it is withing a few minutes drive from amer fort. it is surely value for money. if you want to make freqent trips to jaipur city, transportation cost will have to be factored in. on the whole a pleasant experience

Stayed here for 3 nights in May. The resort is a good 1 hour away from the centre on the Amer Fort path.

First impressions were that of an average place that was decked up to look more than it really is. Since we were with a large marriage party, I can understand it being obvious choice. The Air-conditioning (centralized) in most rooms we took up, seemed to have a mind of it's own and work differently in different rooms. We were lucky enough to get a decent one. Hard, firm beds instead of sink into joy soft ones..

Those were the issues. That apart, this is probably a good place if you want to avoid the city bustle which can be quite a put off. Makeshift spa services where the masseur comes form the city. Close proximity to the major forts around Jaipur and a good concierge service that's there to please.

We were there in peak summer and hence avoided the pool. But the billiards room was quite a welcome sight and along with the used up Table Tennis and it's near nroken equipment were the only leisure options within the hotel itself.

I did see many photographs with celebrities etc. who had apparently graced the place, probably for shows and performances based in winter months i suppose.

In all, this is definitely not one of those romantic getaway stops. But a decent place to accomodate a big crowd for gatherings etc.
