We went as a family, two adults and two kids. If you are on a conference, it is a great place to go, far from Jaipur but still reasonable. We went there because my husband's local company has hosted events there with Indian customers and staff and have been pleased. However, it is not convenient for a tourist family. We were aware of the distance from the city but thought, at the end of the day we will be exhausted and we can just relax for dinner and a glass of wine in one of the restaurants of the place or just sip a glass of wine at their gorgeous Lobby. Disappointed when we realized that there was only one restaurant that looked kind of like a cafeteria (great for big groups if in a conference though). We decided to sit at their beautiful coffee and tea lounge but they said, no alcohol there, so we moved to the Library where alcohol was served and they said no kids were allowed there. We can't say we were angry because I have to admit, the staff was very friendly, a bit more of training and they will be fantastic. So, they said they would make an exception for us to go back to the coffee lounge and serve us some wine. We ordered one red and one white wine. Both came straight from the wine cooler. I asked if they didn't have any white cooler and I explained to them that red and white are not served the same temperature. They did not know that. Poor choices of wines by the glass, mainly Indian wines. We got some light dinner there, so they were really trying hard to accommodate us but I guess if you are on a conference, the cafeteria and Library/bar for drinks is fine. If you are a tourist family, it just does not work. We were supposed to stay 3 nights, stayed only one. Again, for conferences or events must be great!

Thank you for taking the time to give us your feedback. We are in close proximity to the city centre and near Amer Fort and that is what gives us a locational advantage – to be far from the hustle-bustle of the city and provide the comfort of a royal setting in this modern day palace!
Please accept our sincere apologies for all the inconvenience you had to go through at the hotel. We would try our best to make amends the next time you visit our hotel. Our staff is highly trained to be sensitive to our guests needs and we hope you will give us another opportunity and return to stay with us.

We would also like to inform you that we’re soon coming up with Zarin, The Indo-Pesian restaurant. It will be the signature restaurant of Fairmont Jaipur and our guests will have restaurant options for dining at the hotel.

Request you to please treat this issue as an aberration and hope you give us another opportunity to serve!

Where to start? This has been by far the best Fairmont experience, from an amazing grand welcoming, to well designed traditional-Indian-decor rooms, huge bathrooms with tub and shower, beautiful views, tasteful cuisine (especially breakfast buffet).
The staff are all caring and polite, always wanting the best for their customers. Attentive to detail.
This property is GRAND, you'll feel royal.
We hired a car (BMW or Innova available) from the hotel, with chauffeur, each day, for activities such as a day trip to Agra (to visit the Taj Mahal), also a day trip around the city of Jaipur to tour the famous Pink City, Amber Port, Palaces and Elephant riding. We also had airport pick up and drop off. Be prepared to tip on every service you receive. Which it's deserved.
The Spa is ok, I was not too impressed but still nice decor, staff and facility. A mid size Gym to have a complete full body work out.
I would like to thank Fairmont Jaipur for giving my friend and I a very special stay in this beloved city and many WOW moments. If God permits, I will definitely return.

I went to attend reunion in jaipur and I choose Fairmont as my home, in the starting everyone of my friend was teasing me to choose a hotel away from the city but after that I was teasing them because they have to come here for dinner.(felt valued). Staff was superb starting from the main gate (Fahad), he was like a live google with us, I was welcomed by a pretty girl (Pooja) and in the lobby by Vivek and Amit. I was treated like a king and the service was just awesome. Reception girl (Rupal) was amazing good at her work. Rooms was out of this world. Food was great, our server (Rizwan) was very kind and a good knowledge of combination of food. I just loved it !
I will come back soon to Fairmont.

We visited this property for a friend's wedding in October and stayed for 3 nights. The hotel is located a lil away from the main city, which was a plus for us cos it saves you the hassle of entering the busy city. The rooms are very spacious and the best part is the huge tub that every bathroom has - making it a very royal, classy and pretty place to live in. The service is prompt and the staff is very courteous. The only minus that we could point out was the lack of dining options. At that time only the coffee shop was in operations and obviously if you dine at the same place for three days straight, the options may seem limited. They also didn't have a salon at that time, for which I used the next door Meridien. Overall it was a great stay and we would love to return!

Stayed at this property in January this year and this hotel definitely gives you a flavour of Jaipur. This would definitely be one of the best hotels in Jaipur. Property is little far away from the airport but the overall location just adds to the overall experience and hence worth the drive.

The property is huge and very fort like. Rooms are nice, spacious and well appointed. If you like photography the property will provide you enough opportunities to explore the creative side of you. On the whole we had a memorable experience

Room Tip: choose a room on the upper floor
