We booked this before we found the Holiday Inn and had a change of plans but as our flight arrived back in NZ late this was an ideal place to rest up before carrying on with our NZ journey. Complementary bus from the airport, they have a freefone from the hotel board in the airport. Location a tad more remote than other hotels. The Thai/Indian restaurant around the corner from the Holiday Inn does deliveries to this hotel. Check-in was friendly and efficient. Room was nice and comfy, bed comfy, bathroom nice enough with complementary smellies. Tea and coffee facilities, no internet in room but free internet in reception. No room service but there was a vending machine for snacks on 2nd floor and hot snacks available via reception if you ask Only downside was that our room was next to the cleaning cupboard on the ground floor so we heard staff at 7am. Breakfast is a buffet style but not a vast choice, cereals, fruit juice, toast but all you can eat. Not bad a place at all for the more budget conscious.

My first impressions were that this is a car park that has some rooms associated with it. There were cars parked on footpaths, in gardens and anywhere they could find a space. Good help those of us actually staying there and not just staying to get free parking. Reception was appalling but one staff member did go out of his way to ensure that I did get a secure park and thanks to him.
Room very average with TV that should have been in the dump as it no longer provided any colour viewing. The room had paint chipped everywhere and concrete corners chipped off.
The Inn's air-conditioning fans had a high pitched sound that rang in your ears all night and stopped you getting to sleep.
Free Breakfast, what a joke especially if you had any special dietary needs.
The broadband in the room was non existent so had to go into the lobby in a public place to deal with work emails. Not what I would want.
Would I stay there again or recommend it? Not if you payed me a Million Dollars and the person was my worst enemy.

Only stayed for one night, before a early flight back to Sydney. Motel was nice clean and comfortable, Free airport transfers, Free internet in the foyer and continental Breakky was a bonus. Only had one issue, had to get a taxi to and from the supermarket to get a litre of milk for a young child, expensive milk cost me $20, as you cant walk to the shops on the motorway. I think it could be helpful if the motel carried a small amount of essentials, it milk, bread, noodles, etc as there are some of us without a car who are in need, also lack of a restaurant made it hard, we ended up being desperate for pizza hut,

Everything you need for an overnight stay close to Auckland airport. It is clean, quiet, well equipped and the service is sharp. We were picked up from the airport early morning as requested and dropped off in plenty time to catch our flight. The continental breakfast which was included in the price was just right - not gourmet, but low-key and perfect when you're jet lagged. Would highly recommend.

Pleaseant airport hotel. Shuttle was convenient and easy to organise even though we arrived at 2am.

A few issues on check-in with the room and sleeping arrangements. As the hotel had been close to full there was no longer a rollaway bed available, some confusion with my initial internet bookings and then difficulty finding enough blankets for the family.

In the end we were given an additional room which solved our probelms.

Breakfast was simple and nice.
