Nice hotel, close to the airport! Free shuttle going and coming all time from airport. Restaurant serves nice meals in a very good atmosphere. The surroundings look nice too to have a night walk. There is public transport not very far.More

The reception staff has no customer service, no tourist information and could care less.
The room is horrible with a view of about 6 dumpmasters. The room is very small and no fridge, no air conditioning and very stuffy. It is a 2km walk from the airport and the local area is very dusty due to road works. The metro is in zone 4 from the city.

The hotel is well maintained and looked after. The staff are kind, courteous and helpful.
The hotel's proximity to the Copenhagen airport together with the shuttle makes the hotel very convenient.
From the hotel one can go on a relaxing walk along the coast.

Excellent shuttle to/from hotel. Stayed here for 3 days pending cruise. Breakfast was a bargain given the high costs of Copenhagen and very well presented and served with real china plates, silverware and cups - no plastic!!. Location was also excellent for accessing the Metro (1.5 blocks). Only downside was the limited and expensive menu for the hotel restaurant.

The reception, breakfast room and staff is nice at this hotel. The problem starts when you get to your room. It is old, not to clean but utterly boring.
They have stripped the room of everything that could make a good atmosphere. You will find a bed, a chair, a TV and 2 glases. Nothing else. The view of of the back yard and the trash bins is also a minus.
If you need a night or two to sleep and only sleep, this is ok. If you want a joyful stay, stay away.
