Looking for a one night airport stopover, we chose this hotel because it was half the price of the Hilton which is located directly at the airport terminal.

Despite the 4Km distance from the airport, we were comforted by a free courtesy bus. However the courtesy bus only runs between around 6 o'clock and 9 o'clock in the morning and likewise again around the same periods in the evening (check for exact timings). It does however run continuous during these periods. We therefore had to take a taxi as it was 10PM.

On arrival at this old 1960s block we were courteously greeted at reception and grabbed a beer in the rather dull and dated bar area.

There is nothing in the surrounding area except residential apartments, however there are a few shops and a Netto supermarket opposite for provisions.

Lift to all floors, the corridors are a little prison cell like with the bedroom doors opening outwards onto the corridor. Room keys were electronic.

Rooms were clean but exceptionally basic. No safe or ironing board, the wardrobe was minuscule, however rooms were spacious enough to store suitcases.

No a/c and the radiator was difficult to control.

Room comprised: expensive minibar with nibbles, phone, flat screen TV, desk with chair, reading lights and a very basic but clean bathroom with over bath shower and 'sticky' shower curtain. Shower mixer tap was a little hit & miss, so was either too hot or too cold. A fixed hairdryer was available and basic toiletries with soap / shower gel via wall mounted dispensers

Breakfast room was again a little basic in decor but functional. The hot & cold buffet offered a wide and plentiful choice of well prepared food and drinks and opened at 5:30AM, to accommodate airport passengers.

Large chargeable car parking on site. Reasonable transport links to Copenhagen centre.

In summary, a cheaper (but still not cheap for the standard) overnight stopover but not a place I would of wished to stay longer.

I've stayed at this hotel 4-5 times the last 6 months, mainly because hotels with ok parking are rear in Copenhagen. From this hotel its straight into the city center in few minutes. The rooms are dated, but clean. The staff are serviceminded and the barbeque the had was great. A little pricy and simple, but very tasty, and thats most important for me anyway. And the prices are ok.

Probably its best thing is that it is very close to the airport, the room is adequate but uncomfortable when the temp gets over 20 as there is no air con so you have to leave the window open. It takes a while to get to the city via buses, because you will need to as there isn't much to do around the hotel. Breakfast was good, plenty to choose from. I guess most people get put there to start a tour because it is close to the airport.

Stayed here to join a tour. Hotel is adequate and we found it clean but hot as there was no air conditioner. Nothing in area - the nearby bank closed in January. Has a great pizza place close by but hotel is in midst of low-cost housing. Close to train and the bus is very frequent into the city.

Don't try and walk even though it says it is less than one kilometre. Signage is very poor but we managed to score a lift - out of their regular times - on the hotel shuttle as it was waiting the crew of a cruise ship. Staff were nice and the breakfast was what you would expect - limited choice but very nice for a couple of days. More it would get boring.

If you can get a decent rate here instead of paying the center city rates- it is so easy to get into
the city by metro or the airport to take the trains anywhere. The breakfast had a huge selection- rooms were fine- bathroom a bit small but adequate. The front desk staff was very helpful. Cute and clean neighborhood

Stayed here one night , very close to airport, once you get your luggage and are heading towards trains, go upstairs get on train for 1 stop , stop name is kastrup. 3 minute walk from this station.
Hotel room was tiny, bathroom was the size of a cupboard, room was hot, no air conditioner, wifi available.
Breakfast was good , but room was full, no tables left.
The hotel gave you free access to the gym downstairs. Supermarket 2 doors down. Nothing much in area other than good airport access.

A short, safe walk to the terminal, clean, well run. Easy to catch a train Into the city. Found a deal online which made it somewhat reasonable in price. All hotels in copenhagen are quite pricey, do your homework before going!
