I often dine here and generally enjoy the food but my biggest bugbear is the lack of service. The wait staff are just not trained to look out for the customer's needs. An empty glass is a clear signal that another drink is required but they never take the initiative. I often order all my drinks for the night as i arrive because i know that the service is slack.
Now for the good points. The food is always good quality and enough to satisfy a hunger. The specials are always interesting and constantly changing. Some people might say it is a touch pricey but you get what you pay for. I think the prices are fair. Also it has a very good wine list.
Unfortunately though, it is let down with its table service and lack of staff training. Can the management take note of this??
