Firstly, GREAT service!!! This place is in a great location. easy access to everything. The staff are very friendly and accommodating. The only thing I found wrong is the cabins need some TLC. Little things that go a long way to the overall experience.
I will be back!! and hopefully the light in the bathroom is fixed. :-)

We recently enjoyed our second stay at this Park. It is hidden off the main street which makes it perfect for the children, or in our case the grandchildren. The on site cabins are well appointed and very clean and tidy. Every day we were out sight seeing in the local area, but were constantly hounded by the grand children to return to the Park. They are already asking if we are going back next year !!. Highly recommend the Park and the friendly Staff.

Room Tip: The newer cabins are probably a little nicer than the older styles.

We travel to Portland for work very regularly, and often take our van. Given that our work is related to shipping, our bookings often need to change, because of variable shipping movements. The staff ALWAYS look after us and never seem to mind us mucking them around (to our faces anyway!). This park is exceptionally quiet, which is great if we have a night shift and are sleeping during the day. The manager will even check our shift before mowing during the day! Nothing is ever too much trouble. The amenities are always spotless, and the camp kitchen is perfect for the coastal weather, with large undercover eating area, which includes a big gas BBQ and large flat screen TV. The central location is very convenient too - walk everywhere.

Room Tip: Powered sites do vary greatly in size, so worth letting the office know what size your outfit is whe...

Amazingly quiet Holiday Village, considering it is situated in the center of Portland.
We booked 5 nights in a budget cabin at $80 a night. We were given the option to move to the cabin (nr.11) in the corner, away from drive way (nr7). As a result we did not have hot water that night - but was OK in the morning. The cabin has a separate bedroom (double bed) with sliding door, a double bunk room (large, wide beds), bathroom (great shower with solid curtain that does not stick to ones' wet body!) and living/kitchen area with nice big couch, table, chairs, digital TV, reverse cycle split aircon. The nights were super quiet, apart from the grunting koala in the tree next to our cabin, lol. Only one negative comment: I was promised WiFi in the cabin when booking. Upon arrival the Wifi was down, had been down for over a week??? and stayed down for our entire holiday.

It was hard to find being just a driveway. The lady had to come out to direct me as she has done for many before. Room was great clean and being nestled in the middle of houses very very quiet. It's so in the heart of town you could walk everywhere to have a look around. Cute town too lots if bluestone buildings from ages ago

We showed up in Portland during a long weekend and expected crazy prices , or we need need to stay longer than one night. Well.... the friendly staff helped us out with a good price and had a good knowledge of the area, and we could stay just one night. She could only offer us one of the older cabins, but we found it to be clean, roomy and perfect for us.
There is an large IGA over the road and it is an easy walk to everything you might want.

If your looking for a nice, small, quiet but close to town you've got it here.
Stayed two nights here with friends in cabins. Pelting down with rain when we arrived at 9pm Friday night after driving from Melbourne but owners were nice enough to call and leave keys in letterbox out front. Quite good nights sleep in the cabin. Had a bunk bed and a double. Sofa and tv along with fully operational kitchen. When I travel for racing I don't usually stay at places like this but was necessary for our conditions this trip. Will hopefully stay again soon
