A quite alright place to sleep. Very reasonable and good value for money. Common bathrooms and showers which was nice and clean. The bed mattress could be better and maybe time to replace. We were upgraded to a two bedroom unit which was nice.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay had a hilltop studio unit which was clean and comfortable. The room was fairly spacious for two people and had everything you would require.

Thoroughly recommend staying at this Top 10

What a surprise we had in store for us on our arrival at our apartment at the Greymouth Seaside Top 10 Holiday Park.
Our mouths dropped open when we stepped into our fabulous accommodation. Spacious, well appointed and spectacular location just a few paces from the sea - the view from the main bedroom upstairs was so good that we did not want to leave the room. We had the 2 bedroom apartment and my brother had the neighbouring 3 bedroom apartment for his family. Huge outdoor deck areas, space for all of us to hang out together and plenty of utilities to cater for our needs. The location affords easy access to all that the West Coast has to offer.
We will definitely be back to share this great experience with more of our friends.

The Top 10 in Greymouth was terrific. It was a really great cabin for our family. The kids park was awesome and they were playing with other children whenever we were there. We only stayed one night but we wished we were staying longer.

My wife and I were recently enjoying the Transalpine railway on the way from Christchurch to Greymouth where we had planned to stay at the Greymouth Seaside Top 10 Holiday Park that night, when we were dumbfounded to receive an email from Booking.com saying that we had been a 'no show' at this Park the previous night. We emailed the Park and received confirmation that they had expected us the previous night. There seemed to have been a mixup in the booking. I apologised to the owner but was told we would be charged full price for the night we weren't there because they had 'turned people away'. When we reached the Park, however, the reception staff informed us that no, the reason the full charge had been levied was that we had made our reservation via a third party ie Booking.com and that because of this 'nothing can be done'. We were given basic accommodation at the Park for that night but although the mistake, if it was on our part, was an unfortunate error, the owners were totally uncompromising. They simply charged full price for both nights, even though on the night of our 'no show' they would have incurred no cleaning, laundry, power or toiletries costs etc for our unit. Given New Zealand's glowing (and as we later found during our visit, very well deserved) reputation for looking after its tourists, we thought this was pretty mean spirited. So did Booking.com, who, on their own initiative, bless them, approached the owners and asked if they might consider some sort of refund in the circumstances. The owners flatly refused this request, this time on the on the grounds that 'the rate booked for this accommodation was non-refundable so the reservation cannot be modified or cancelled without penalty'. We would have been content with even the smallest concession to recognise that any error on our part was honest and unintentional, but sadly no. Ah well, what can you do? Although we were very disappointed with the attitude of the owners of this park, we put it down to experience and went on our way thoroughly enjoying the rest of our stay in New Zealand, finding without exception that other venue owners and tourism operators were wonderfully welcoming, courteous and flexible and understood exactly the meaning of good customer service.

The first we went to where you can choose your own powered campervan pitch. Lots to choose from, all with a bit of space and their own picnic table. We chose 1 just over the bank from the sea, and it was great as we could hear the waves. Everything was great here, all usual amenities, very modern and very clean. too far to walk into town.
