Dining options: Lunch, Breakfast, Brunch, Highchairs Available, Outdoor Seating, Seating, Takeout, Waitstaff, Wheelchair Accessible
Description: We have indoor booth seating as well as tables for couples and tables for four. If you are a big family don't be shy to ask our friendly staff to join tables, we are more than happy to do that for you. Outside are more tables and seating with umbrellas for shade. A view of our Clock museum with flowers surrounding a huge sundial gives plenty to entertain visually while enjoying your meal. Tour buses regularly arrive not far from our doorstep with lots of parking and a big play area for children just around the corner. Feedback is essential for constant improvement which we welcome gladly. We hope you enjoy your meal, From all the staff at Serenity Cafe :)

“Value and Consistent, best in the basin A+”
Reviewed September 2, 2012

I don't know why we try others in the town basin because they can never match Serenity.
Personally I find the consistency to be spot on unlike several others in the same area. I agree it can be a bit cluttered while getting served, but hey they are busy. Have never had a long wait even when very busy. Pricing is good, staff friendly and food good.
Best in the town basin by far !

“Hot RoddersSunday Breakfast”
Reviewed August 15, 2012

Excellent location in the Town Basin Whangarei. We can park the Hot Rod's within view of the Cafe. The amenities are of a very high standard, the service is quick and professional and the food is fresh and cooked and presented very nicely. We will support the Rodders Breakfast on a regular basis.

“Sunday Brunch”
Reviewed May 2, 2012

We live in kerikeri, North of Whangarei. We always go to the Cafe whenever we are in Whangarei. We usually have brunch around 10 am & are pretty predictable in our choices. My partner always has a Omelette with Bacon Mushroom & Avocado with hash brown & I always have Bacon & Mushroom Eggs Benedict. To die for. Always hot & freshly cooked. Should not be passed by. Excellent coffee too. You are doing a great job there guys, keep it up.
