Description: We have indoor booth seating as well as tables for couples and tables for four. If you are a big family don't be shy to ask our friendly staff to join tables, we are more than happy to do that for you. Outside are more tables and seating with umbrellas for shade. A view of our Clock museum with flowers surrounding a huge sundial gives plenty to entertain visually while enjoying your meal. Tour buses regularly arrive not far from our doorstep with lots of parking and a big play area for children just around the corner. Feedback is essential for constant improvement which we welcome gladly. We hope you enjoy your meal, From all the staff at Serenity Cafe :)

Serenity cafe is beautifully situated for anyone visiting Whangarei Town Basin, whether local or tourists. The location is ideal for the many coach trip visitors who stop in Whangarei on the way North to the Bay of Islands.(They should take time to see Whangarei/Whangarei Heads before moving on!)

The recent extension means that, even in bad weather, this is a place to stop a while and enjoy!. The fun begins looking at the board which contains a huge selection to choose from, and Serenity certainly serves a consistently good latte.

The staff always appear happy, helpful and friendly. Its a great place to visit, and very good value for money!(Note: It is a cafe rather than a restaurant, and is not open in the evenings...and that is not a criticism,it is intended to help potential visitors)
