I haven't tried any of the main meals but have been to Mokaba every few months over the last few years - staff are friendly and it's a great place to sit outside and enjoy the Town Basin.
There is a surcharge on Public Holidays so avoid if you're not happy to pay the extra 15% or so.

Such a nice spot to relax and enjoy good coffee and tasty food. Free wifi is always great. This is a great place outside in the sun or inside when wet.

We stopped in on a damp afternoon for a cuppa. The Long Black had a nice creme on top (which was not burnt) and also served with a small jug of hot water. The accompanying Ginger Pear cake was very tasty too. Definitely worth a look.
