“Beautiful Bream Head Coastal Walk”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed June 28, 2012

Our group of 6 friends thoroughly enjoyed our 3 day stay at Claire's purpose-built lodge. The accommodation and food were fantastic, with the outdoor bath-tub a nice added touch. Each day we did something different, from walking along the beach and swimming on Day 1, to a strenuous mountain trek on Day 2 with sensational views, and a relaxing but beautiful walk to Busby Head and Smugglers Cove on the last day. Claire was extremely helpful, even bringing us well-earned iceblocks when she picked us up on Day 2. We have done a few walks in NZ and this one was up there with the best. I would certainly recommend it to any group, young or old (or inbetween!!)

“Old Tramps Walk March 2012”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed June 4, 2012

We have 12 girls in our group and we get together each year and walk for 3 days somewhere in New Zealand. We all thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Bream Head. The accommodation was spacious, clean and comfortable and the outdoor bath was awesome...I had 3 with bubbles and a glass of wine...perfect after a day out walking!!
Claire was gorgeous, nothing was a problem, her cooking was very yummy and she picked us up and dropped us off with out problems.
The walks were varied: a beach walk on day one, a very challenging hill walk on day 2 and an easier hill walk or coastal walk on day 3.
Great spot, very scenic, so it gets the thumbs up from us!!
