The food was great, but a shame that it came with an hour and a half long wait and an excuse by the main chef which effectively blamed the young waiters for the problems, when they in fact did a great job. It was obviously the management's mistake for not rostering more staff on a busy night. Nothing received in compensation for the long wait as is the custom in many other restaurants.
