This attraction is not well publicised and hence has quite a low-key profile. It is also probably not somewhere you will find unless you go looking for it. Consequently it is a pleasant and enchanting experience to discover it. Beautiful butterflies fluttering about amongst equally beautiful tropical plants including orchids. It is a very relaxing and calming place to spend some time. I have been to the butterfly house in Kuranda in Queensland and this is every bit as good, if not better than that. The only warning is to be prepared for the heat inside; it's very hot.

We were pleasently surprised to find this place which has a huge collection of butterflies. The kids loved it. The hot house which the garden and butterflies are housed it in quite small (and hot) but we enjoyed about 40 minutes wandering around the paths and looking at all the different varieties. Worth a visit, especially with kids

We would've liked to see the butterflies and orchids, but since we dared to use the bathrooms before going in we were chased from the premises by an angry shouting man. He wouldn't even talk to us, and didn't cease shouting after seeing that we were travelling with a now crying baby. Not cool.

Visited with an almost 4 year old who is fascinated by butterfly's so this was a hit. Great collection of butterfly's to look at and walk through. The humidity is a little intense but we did adjust to it.
