Will visit again in summer to experience the flowers in full bloom. Wonderful people and great views of the waterfall.

Stopped on first day to nz on way to hot water beach, drive is spectacular, gardens were great, ducks cute, cafe looked like it had divine food. Really chilled atmosphere, wish we could have stayed longer.

We had a pleasant lunch with friends. The food was delicious and there was a good selection. Friendly, unobtrusive service.

And do have a meal. The chef is very imaginative - try his hot and cold pea soup, for example. And then walk to the falls, through beautiful gardens. Take swimming attire if it's that sort of day, there's a pool at the falls.

Interesting gardens worked into the hillside and forest. We enjoyed our slow stroll. Had tea and banana bread after.
