“Great authentic food!”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed January 29, 2013

A group of friends and I were holidaying in Margaret River and decided on Indian food, we had heard the The Grace of India was good value. I love traditional Indian cuisine and was not disappointed, we had the Chicken Madras, Chicken Korma, Seafood Curry, Naan bread etc.
Great tasting food and good value.

“Bring a jacket”
3 of 5 bubbles Reviewed December 30, 2012 via mobile

It is sub zero in here, arctic gales coming from the a/c! Bring a coat! Calamari starters were decidedly average. Felt like it had been recently defrosted having started life somewhere near Portugal. Samosas - not bad at all. Tasty, not greasy. They unequivocally make the worlds best butter chicken. Definitely the star of the meal. Mango chicken and prawns were 'meh, ok'. Chilli prawns tasted like BBQ and the jalfrezi was 'nice...yeah'. I'd go back but only for the butter chicken. It's pretty good value but needs a bit of attention to detail like brining water and wine coolers.... And the bill....

“Great Curry”

We had takeaway and order the butter chicken and rogen josh, both were really good. It took 30 min for the order but it is a very busy time of year.

“Food was Great”
3 of 5 bubbles Reviewed December 29, 2012

We were stuck for a meal so gave them a go, food was fantastic but portion sizes were very small, had heard good reports from around town, so was a little disappointed, we did get in late though, they may have been running out of food, service was fine

“Worth it for the food”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed December 29, 2012 via mobile

I was a bit suspicious about this place, because the previous reviews all sounded a bit too perfect. But we asked a few people in Margaret River and they all said the food was excellent here, so we decided to try it.
Indeed the food was excellent. We had the mango prawns and the tandoori chicken, and both were very tasty.
The interior of the restaurant is a bit cheap and boring, so don't expect an amazing atmosphere, but overall this place is worth going to if you like Indian food.
