Description: Wine has always been the hero in our Restaurant. The 7-course Discovery Menu is our signature experience; each course is inspired by one of our wines. Head chef, Santiago Fernandez and his team also take inspiration from the vineyards and winemaking process in creating dishes that bring a small part of our Estate to the table. Our 4-course Discovery Menu is a taster of the 7-course, allowing those with limited time to choose some of their courses, either matched to our recommendations or selected from our extensive wine list. We were delighted to be awarded one Hat as part of the 2018 Good Food Guide Awards. As our menus are a journey of discovery, we recommend you don’t view the menu in advance but if you can’t wait, take a sneak peek at the latest seasonal 7-course and 4-course menus on our website.

Disappointed with the scarce menu. Would have liked to have seen fresh local fish on the menu. One chicken meal was undercooked and they excluded the cost from the bill but that is not good either. The venue is outstanding the staff excellent but we all agreed that the menu was not satisfactory. Will give it another go though as we all loved the venue and enjoyed ourselves.

We celebrated our wedding anniversary here for lunch & enjoyed their new 'discovery' menu. If you have a lazy 3 hours & enjoy food & wine as much as we do, this is the place in the Margaret to do it. It was simply spectacular. If I could offer perhaps one criticism, it would be to keep couples & even small groups of 4 at one end of the restaurant & keep larger groups and most definitely those with small children to the other end. That was the only thing that came close to spoiling our occasion.

Had my first taste of venison here and most glad that I did. It was superb with a chocolate sauce! Amazing. The estate is just beautiful and well kept. Will be back.

Enjoyed a wonderful lunch yesterday, as part of a day-long winery tour. A highlight of the Margaret River... :)

We were seated in a grand hall at the opposite end of the building from the cellar door tasting. Pleasant views of the gorgeous gardens.

After taking our order, the very nice staff gave us a personal tasting of the Estate wines.

Fresh fish, a tasting plate and coffees were all very good. The gnocchi comes highly recommended as well.

Voyager is always a great place to visit: excellent venue, excellent service, good wines. But I would think that harging $35 for a small piece of pork belly (however beautifulky cooked it was), you could afford to add even a tiny amount of vegetables to the dish. A desert spoon of soft noodles is not really good enough. Personally I'm very tired of paying just for a piece of meat, beautiful though that may be, please add some vegies!!
