We are big tapas fans - samplings of lots of different flavours with a cheeky Margaret River red, what could be better? And quite frankly, you won't be disappointed in both the social atmosphere, excellent service (very attentive, but thoughtfully unobtrusive) and good range of wine (by the glass, also). We opted for the share dishes, although the mains we saw coming out of the kitchen also looked delicious. A good night to graze and not rush, and surprisingly good for both big groups and couples. Astounded by the freshness of produce we are finding at Margaret River restaurants - better than same level restaurants in Sydney.

Must is over-hyped, at least for the casual diner. The food is well-prepared but quite plain and over-priced. The duck confit, for example, was perfectly moist but had little flavour. The much-talked-about pasta with crab was tasty but not exceptional. Perhaps there is a subtlety of flavour that we missed, but that has not been an issue in other high-end bistros that we have experienced. We were not inspired to try dessert or the small cheese selection. The wine list, however, is a true A-Z of the region.

I was there with my mother and partner. I believe that they have a great menu and a great option of wines (of course we are in Margaret River). The meals I have to say were perfect an the place was really charming. The only thing that really destroyed the enchantment of the day / night was the Waitresses. They were not accommodating nor friendly. We still kept our smile but after we left the place (as it was a family dinner) we all fell the same.

Just good service would have left them not only happy customers but perhaps a tip. Just food for thought from an American Express Centurion Customer.

Dropped in without a booking and had a very nice meal, some of the best pasta I have ever eaten (angel hair) with blue swimmer crab and chilli, absolutely delightful . Highly recommend this restaurant, great selection of wines as well
