“Very nice rehabilitation centre.”
Reviewed May 17, 2013

The centre had a nice 1km walk around various enclosures housing injured and endangered birds of prey. It was tidy, the enclosures were humanely sized and kept clean, the walk was a bush style track- very in keeping with the theme.

“Visit to Eagles Heritage”
Reviewed May 14, 2013

Great display. Able to see the birds in flight and actually sit on your arm. Informative session by the handler.
Great display of birds throughout the park.
A must see when in Margaret River.

“Amazing place, amazing collection of birds... amazing time!”
Reviewed March 31, 2013

Cheap entry fee of $15 considering it helps to preserve all those birds!
The staff is really friendly and knowledgeable. We received many thanks when we arrived, when we purchased at the store and when we left: good customer service is really, really rare in the South West so all these little details count a lot!

The free flight demonstration was amazing with many black kites. The guys doing the demonstration was real friendly Aussie guy, rich of interesting knowledge about the birds of prey and with a very good sense of humor!
He let every volunteers of the crowd take its time to hold a beautiful black kite. No pressure, no stress, everybody can try and have time to take photos/videos without feeling in a rush! The guy was commenting during this time and it didn't feel boring at all to look at all these people holding one by one this bird.

After the demonstration we walked around this amazing park, really wild/bushy and really relaxing.
They have an amazing collection of owls and raptors. My partner loves owls and she just didn't want to leave this place.
Every birds are easy to spot and see. A bird hard to take photos if you don't have a SLR camera with a decent zoom as the birds are often at the back of their enclosure, sometimes in dark spots.

Also, be aware, the path may be gravel, it is definitely wheelchair accessible so everyone can enjoy this place the whole way!

A visit I expected to be about 45min ended up keeping us 2h30 and it was totally worth it.

I would recommend to place to anyone with kids or want to spend a relaxing or romantic time.

Thank you very much for this beautiful Easter morning, we will be back!

“nice, just nice”
Reviewed March 26, 2013

It is a nice little centre for rehabilitated birds, nature walk to look at the enclosures containing the raptor birds. It was good but had a bit of a run down feel to it - probably due to funding. The welcome was a bit frosty. The lady who did the talk about the birds and the black kites were lovely and she was very knowledgeable and clearly has a passion for the survival of the wild birds. probably not geared for kids but adults will enjoy learning more.

“Amazing birds, interesting place!”
Reviewed February 28, 2013 via mobile

The entry fee of $15 was very reasonable and worthy to help care for and preserve the park's resident raptors. The flight show is awesome, make sure you get to see it! The staff are very knowledgeable about the birds and great at their jobs. I think anyone can appreciate Eagles Heritage but if you're a lover of birds you are definitely going to have a fantastic time here.
