room looked nothing like the website,old and very tired looking faclity .had to use a bathroom in a different room,as light was broken in the bathroom.
wont stay there again.probably avoid accor motels from now on.
This hotel is to be avoided - there are far better in Warrnambool. We arrived to find the reception closed, and it took 20 minutes to track down a recepionist to book us in. Rooms were very tired - lights did not work, alarm did not work, hair drier did not work and the bathrooms very tired and tatty. Breakfast a joke - cerials and bread, with milk on display in their plastic bottles. There was no bar or evening dinning facilities on site. The hotel has potential, and we know it has recently changed hands, but there is no excuse for its currebnt condition
The place is very 1970s esqe and a little tired but the staff are very welcoming and have put considerable time and effort into turning it around after three months of ownership the rooms are of a decent size and tick all the boxes.well located right on the princes hwy in town and the steaks at the in house restaurant are unbelievable will recommend this place to my friends and colleges.

Not great really. Works for a night at best. Rooms are old, facilities outdated, probably better places in town or along the road.
Great hotel, rely comfortable & clean, good quiet rooms, great steakhouse restaurant, the exterior decor is a bit on the older style . The staff are very friendly and helpful, the room decor was up to date, new bathroom and renovated bedroom & new carpet, the only negative is the breakfast option is continental only no hot food. But with McDonald's 2 doors away that doesn't matter. I have stayed in ibis styles around Australia and Asia, this hotel fits the ibis styles level of quality. Very happy will definitely stay again
