Firstly, the staff here are all friendly, and the restaurant serves high quality bistro-style food, which we really enjoyed. Plenty of locals also eat at the restaurant here, which is a great sign.
As for the accommodation, we stayed in a luxury studio room, with a 'king' bed, which consisted of two short single beds put together. Being 6'2", my feet hung over the end of the bed - it was certainly one of the shortest beds I've slept in. The sheets were also not wide enough for the bed, and couldn't properly be tucked in. The quality of the bed coverings was also reasonably low - with a very heavy covering, and another blanket, neither of which could 'breathe' and allow a pleasant sleep. The LCD TV is also very small. The bathroom is also a little strange - it's such a large bathroom, yet they choose to put a squished-up shower in the corner. I also don't think the rooms get serviced, which is probably why this place isn't in the 'hotels' category.
Would recommend the nearby 'Deep Blue' hotel instead.
The pool looked nice, but I wonder if it is placed in the best position, being a walk across a carpark from the main building.More
