Prices are up as well. The meals are OKish but never outstanding. It's never appears to be more than half full of patrons. Whereas in Europe the outsides seats are next to the restaurant, here the waiters have to navigate through the pedestrians. It took Leo's ages to get a licence for seating out the front because of the tram stop.
