Description: The Mildura Brewery creates beers that are inspired by and named after local produce, landmarks and themes. The impressive refurbishment of the art deco building houses a pub and function space. It includes a state-of-the-art brewery that is on full display to patrons drinking or enjoying a meal in the Pub. The site has been expanded to include a greater fermentation area and a modern bottling line capable of packaging 3000 bottles per hour.

We had an afternoon beer and calamari and it was brilliant ,that night we had a wine dinner upstairs with matua wines and stefano cooking and the crab ravioli, the duck were stunning ...simple but that's how home cooking should be ...the wine matching worked and the merlot was a big hit.
Give the brewery a crack next time your in town!

What a difference one 'Stefano' can make!! It had been years since I visited Mildura Brewery and last month I returned after learning that Stefano De Pieri had taken on the business! Well.... what a difference. Move over sliders, this is dining at it's best. Staff were exceptional and well researched on the food, of course their brews but also the wine. How refreshing! And while I love fine food, I don't so much enjoy a stuffy atmosphere - and Mildura Brewery offers the perfect mix of great food with a fun vibe! Top stuff guys!!

The reputation of Mildura for fine food was established largely by Stefano de Pieri and his use of fine local produce and fine cooking, so we deliberately chose the Mildura Brewery in the belief it was still under his management. We chose 2 mains from the menu, duck ragou and tabbies with pasta, but there were no yabbies, so went for a tune Nicoise. Both dishes were awful. The salad contained TINNED TUNA - $30 dollars for tinned tuna- Hardly a shining example of quality produce. The past with duck was hard and dry. When we complained to the wait staff, they firstly tried to patronise me and explain that this was al dente pasta, then tried the line that it had to be prepared early and might have dried out. Didn't feel the need to apologise for tinned tuna.
So if you're in Mildura, you may be able to find better - but probably not worse.

Enjoyable late afternoon tasting of the Mildura beers and then having another full size after. Comfy seats and nice place backed up with great staff.

A winner!

This place was amazing. The place was very busy for lunch when we arrived here on a long weekend but still the food and service was amazing. The chocolate stout was superb. The steak was delicious. Our waiter was very informative, telling us history of the building and offering us to have a look around. Each time he would tell us a little bit about each dish as it was served to us too. They usually have live music here too that I believe is really good. Pity it wasn't on the day we were there. That would have just topped the whole experience off. We'll done guys!
