Went here with another couple, we both had the seafood platter and it was terrible! The bugs were that dry and overcooked that we could not remove the meat! At $110 for 2 I would have expected much more!
Service was poor also! Was difficult to order drinks then they arrived 15 minutes later!
Previous experiences here had been pretty good but definitly not this time!

Have visited here about 6 or so times as we go back and forth through the town. Upstairs. Spacious. Great artwork around walls- apparently done by restaurant owner's mother. Almost an art gallery. We always go for the seafood. The oysters (with orange pistachio butter)- great. Mussels, scallops (when available), fish. On our last visit- dessert- dark chocolate fudge with strawbs....superb. I always run with the lemon meringue martini. The cocktail list is extensive. Licensed and byo. Always great service too. A pleasure to visit.

Was unfortunate to try 2 seafood dishes here.Entree of mussels very small aprox 8 not edible as so overcooked the meat was glued to the shell
Then seafood risotto was like warm, calamari tough & after having an off shellfish gave up
Very overpriced wine which wasn't good

I really enjoyed the local fish and wine offering here. Tasty and nicely cooked. Miriam's is a sort of home style joint that serves salads with big chunks of feta cheese thrown on top. Not particularly slick but very well put together, tasty and solid value. would go again for sure. has a bit of something different about it not just the same old formulaic offering.
