I have enjoyed many coffees on the glorious deck of Ferryman's, but wasn't expecting too much from dinner there. However, the atmosphere in the evening was low-key and relaxed and the chef's talents were complemented by charming wait staff. We had blue eye trevalla and schnapper from the specials menu, and they were spanking fresh. Accompaniments (including yummy sweet potato and leek mash) were generous and we didn't need side dishes to feel satisfied. Fortunately, we were greedy enough for dessert. The frangipani tart was outstanding, and the tiramisu appropriately luscious.
