We stayed in Emily's Room for three nights over Easter 2012.The room was so comfortable and homely, the hosts friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was great every day , we really enjoyed the home made fruit and conserves.
Would recommend to others staying in Echuca and looking for a home away from home.

Room Tip: Emily's room has a courtyard with small table and two chairs to enjoy allate afternoon glass of...

We stayed ur way to a festival. We arrived late and the owners were welcoming, then left the house to ourselves and some friends who met us there. The rooms are large beautifully decorated, the bathrooms are very nice, the lounge and dining room feels homely. The breakfast was fantastic. We plan on staying here whenever we're in Echuca. Highly recommended!

We stayed in 'Charlottes Room,' it was beautiful, very elegant and homely. We were hoping for a 9am check out due to prior arrangments. We had booked our breakfast for 8:30am, however by the time we had our first bit of our breakfast and waiting for our main breakfast we found ourselves leaving at 9:15-9:30am. In future, sure we'll stay again, but we'll ensure we either plan our drive a bit later in the morning or organise breakfast earlier. It was a great place to stay, so close to shops and nice little restaurants. Down by the port is quite expensive- however found a nice fish 'n' chip shop on the main road for fairly cheap for lunch. For dinner we ate at the Indian place also down the road. Fantastic too!

Room Tip: I recommend Charlottes Room as it has a larger spa bath.

The last reviewer said it all. The breakfast was exquisite and we loved the locally produced worstershire sauce.

We enjoyed soaking in the large bath for two and the beds were sooo comfy.

As we were attending a wedding in town, the friendly owners gave us a lift.

Highly recommend this place.

We arrived for two nights in Echuca and having booked Charlotte's Cottage B&B, we were very pleasantly surprised at how homely and beautifully decorated the place was. The bedrooms were both spotlessly clean and comfortable, with gorgeous ensuite bathrooms. The owners Rhonda, Jill & Neil have lovingly restored this beautiful Victorian cottage with all the mod cons. Offering delicious home-baked brownies and cookies on tap as well as a selection of coffee and tea. A hearty breakfast awaits you in the morning in the beautiful dining room or courtyard. It's also a very relaxing five minute stroll to the Port of Echuca and high street. A perfect base from which to explore Echuca and the surrounding area. We highly recommend it!!!
