great time great hosts you feel like you are well into the country but only minutes from Bendigo
Very homely and could spread out and get some serious paperwork done.
Only pain was sharing an ironing board

Thanks Glenn,
pleased you enjoyed and relaxed into Byronsvale. Thanks for the feedback re ironing board, noted. When the 1870 Stone Stables were converted under Heritage guidance if was thought best to set up a fully serviceable separate laundry so all guests have access and use.The previous owners thought that best rather than filing up the beautiful rooms with irons, ironing boards etc.so as not to takeaway the ambiance of the property. The ironing board is not used often so next time please let us know and we can have one put in your apartment. We look forward to welcoming you back to Byronsvale should you choose to stay with us when you next visit Bendigo..
Best wishes
Denise

Fantastic spot - close to Bendigo but you are in a country setting. The building has a lot of history and beautifully set up. The owner could not have been more friendly and helpful. The wildlife was friendly too.

Hi 5Ken,
Thanks for taking the time to give us some feedback. Much appreciated and pleased Byronsvale met your expectations. See you again should you choose to stay with us when next in Bendigo. Always peaceful and private at Byronsvale and yet only 7km to city CBD. Whats not to like! Best wishes Denise

Our self contained accommodation was nestled between boutique winery, forest, grazing kangaroos.
Denise gave us a warm country welcome.
Our accommodation was part of the tasteful conversion of the 19 century stone building.

Our crockery was from local Bendigo pottery.

We can highly recommend staying at Byronsvale.

Ideal for cyclists, paths on the property and bicycles and helmets provided.

Their own wines are available for purchase too.

Denise, our host, welcomed us warmly on our arrival and knew a great deal about the history of the property. The apartment was presented beautifully and had many additional touches which make this stay stand out. Our dog was welcomed as well and Denise offered suggestions to help us get the most from our stay in Bendigo.

Thanks Vacationer! Nothing like having the bush right on your door step and in a blink you are in the heart of vibrant Bendigo. Everything a large regional city has to offer without the traffic!
Pleased you enjoyed your stay and our Byronsvale wine. Hope you can stay a little longer next time, with our new kitchen garden going in this month and full laundry facilities, many guests now staying 3-4 days mini break and using Byronsvale as a base to explore central Victoria. Thanks again for your kind words
Best wishes
Denise
