Had reserved a table for approx 20 people for Saturday lunch last week but, on the day, the table set up ( as requested and confirmed with the lady in charge) was not available. Thankfully a kindly staff member was able to locate us elsewhere where we could all sit together as one table. However, while the food was fine, some people in our group waited over an hour + half for their food. This is completely unacceptable - we will not be returning!

From start to finish service and food was terrible. An hour and half wait only for food to go back as was inedible. Two people in group had birthday vouchers they couldn’t claim because machine was broken. Service staff were so discourteous. 30 people won’t return and will tell at least another 30 not to go here. Beyond bad!

Six of us had a night out, dishes ordered were Salt n Pepper Calamari, Porterhouse Stk (Special of the night with Creamy Seafood !! Sauce) and Rissotto. After waiting over one and half hours for our meal the only dish that got a tick was the Rissotto. The Calamai was over cooked and slightly brown, and the steak was soo small and the first 3 bites were all grizzle and the meat chewy, the sauce was runny with a couple of tiny shrimp for the "Seafood". Wont be going back for while until they get their act together.

Overall the meals are very good, and at a standard pub meal price which is reasonable. Only down size is that you cannot order anything off the main course list as an entree, we wanted to order two plates of Salt and Pepper Squid to share on the table as a lead in to our main meals and was told that we could not do this and we could only order entrees of the entree list.. Most other restaurants or hotels do not have this policy.

Sorry but the food was terrible and cold. The paella dish came in a red sauce but the menu doesn’t state that.
Needless to say won’t be coming here again.
