This Motel is on the highway in Sebastopol, the southernmost suburb of Ballarat. It is about a 10 min drive to the city centre, and to the Sovereign Hill Theme Park. The Motel is a modern establishment, with our room, no. 4, being clean and well presented. There are attractive landscaped grounds, with a pool.
The room has ample space for bags, and a breakfast table, lounge chairs, comfortable bed, and excellent TV with a very wide range of channels. A toaster is provided. The bathroom was not large, but quite functional, although the tap handles were loose.
An included breakfast deal was available, which offered a choice of hot breakfast, or continental selections. We took this, and it was very good. The Motel is very near to the Sebastopol Bowling Club, which has an excellent 7 day bistro. We felt that you could not go past this club for dinners.More
