Went in for dinner and had prawn pasta and a pizza. Service was pretty poor: wine was brought out chilled (cab sav), opened at the bar (not in front of us) and wasn't poured by the waitress (not even for us to taste). The wine, however, was excellent. The food was alright too. I couldn't taste any of the hot salami that was meant to be on my pizza though, and one side seemed more cooked than the other... Otherwise it's an ok restaurant for the prices they charge, just don't expect much in the way of service.

I have never gone by reviews or written a review but this place is all round rude. The service staff have no clue on customer service, no knowledge of the food they are serving and don't understand that patrons will get up & go to the loo midway through a meal & will return to eating, so therefore do not argue that it is your right to take a persons plate away with half of the food still uneaten. If you want well done steak this is not the place to go. We had a 10 person function early July, a couple of steaks were ordered one was asked to be well done so it was practically burnt charcoal. We waited 45 minutes & when our meals did arrive the steak was still bleeding. The waitress was yelling and saying it is scotch fillet and even if it is well done it will still bleed, We told her that is what was ordered. It took 3 goes before we decided to tell her to take the steak off our menu as we refuse to pay $31 for something that we can't eat. If you are diabetic or a heart patient this is not the place for you, as even with the garlic prawns on rice the salt overtakes everything, you can smell the salt. Be quick to eat because the wait staff will just take it upon their selves to come along and start clearing your tables. And be sure to tell them on the way to your table to leave the wine glasses because the wait staff will just take them. This was the first & last time. If you like rudeness, salt, a full bladder & dear prices for horrible food this place is for you. If you like an all round pleasant evening with great food this place is not for you.

There is absolutely something for everybody on this menu.
The fish was wonderful, the pizzas perfect, the seafood marinara (my dish) was the best I have eaten.
The meals are the perfect size for large eaters.
A homely atmosphere, with great service.

Very disappointed with the service. The restaurant does not know how to decant a old vines. Limited options for a entree apart from two soups and pizza bread. Very few and poor choices for vegetarian meals
