Booked on net for a king room with balcony, was given keys went to room which was already occupied!!!!!
Returned to desk with many jokes being said but no genuine apology. After looking furiously for a room for 10 minutes they said they had no more kings so had found a queen.... This was ok but when I asked for them to refund me the difference the woman in charge popped her head up and declared it an upgraded room! I said I'm not sure I've stayed anywhere that would even suggest a queen was better then a king especially looking over the guest carpark! Still no real apology or refund or offer of anything to compensate, so I'd advise to try out the two choices of similar style accommodation next door!
