Congratulations to our tour guide cilla aka Priscilla queen of the boags, aka her majesty. She was a fantastic tour guide full of information and fun experience. It really makes a difference who you go with, so grab a group of friends and have a good time. Never thought how good beer and cheese could taste, so just try it, I was amazed. Great overall experience.

We did the Beer Lovers tour and we were running a few minutes late but they waited for us. Great staff who really love their job, very informative tour and lovely beer and souvenirs!

Visited the Boag's brewery as a spur of the moment activity with my wife while in Launceston recently.

Our guide was lovely and the tour generally informative, however at $30 a head we felt that the whole thing was a little over priced, especially when compared with other similar tours we have done in the past at wineries and other brew houses.

The tasting and cheese matching was fun and enjoyable

Glad we did it - but just a little pricey.

The effort put in to make sure that we were well looked after was appreciated. The bottling section even had a slight hiccup and they still went to the trouble of getting machines going just to show us through the bottling procedure.
A great process of being taken through the brewery history, people and the place as well as a good run down on some of the history of the region and Tasmania in general. Hats off to the tour guides, as we had a chance to interact with both of them on the day.
Some good tasting and cheese to follow up, a nice walk through on the beers they make and it was a perfect end to a relaxed and informative tour. Well worth the small fee. A must do!

came on the saturday afternoon tour and had to choose between two different guide hosts.
boy did we choose the wrong one.
the girl we chose was hard to listen to, she talked quietly and stayed quiet when she wasn't talking about the brewery. a very different atmosphere than the other guide when we crossed path.
The other guide was bubbly and fun, ours seemed to want to go home and sleep.
we knew this because during the tour there were moments when the tour crossed path and everyone on our tour seemed to look at the other guide longingly.
the beer tasting paired with cheese was a great addition that cascade didn't have that we enjoyed.
rated average due to our experience but i would understand why there are so many recommended stars on trip advisor for this brewery.
