Another amazing stay at Seawall Apartments.
This time around we were lucky enough to be given the School House to spend 2 wonderful nights in Glenelg.
The School House is a beautifully restored building with HUGE ceilings and wonderful furnishings. The kitchen is great, the bed(s) is comfy and the in-bedroom spa is such a treat!
We made the most of having the lovely big patio in perfect summer/spring weather. I can highly recommend a bottle of SA wine and a relax in the sun. The view across the esplanade to the beach is priceless.
Can't wait to visit again next time I'm in Adelaide. See you again soon Seawall!

This was our second stay at Seawall. After our first stay, we had just been looking for an excuse to return. Choosing to stay there is easy but choosing which apartment is less so. We have stayed in Olive Mews and this time in the Cchapel. Each is more than comfortable with everything you need on hand. The spa baths are a bonus and it's value for money, especially if you like unique and quirky. Staying in a motel room after this is just not an option. But as other travellers write, you can't beat the location. We're already looking forward to our next return!

Room Tip: Olive Mews was quiet. In the chapel this time there was a bit of noise from the street with a party...

We spent 3 nights in Room 3 Olive Mews. This is a stand-alone cottage in the rear carpark and initially we were disappointed as there is no sea view from here. However, it's only a short walk to the promenade where we enjoyed swimming, sunsets and easy access to Jetty Road shopping. On the 41 degree day that we arrived the stone walls gave some welcome cool relief! The only downside was a noise throughout the night which sounded like a ball being kicked against the side of the building - our investigations into the cause were fruitless! We would recommend a stay at Seawall purely on its location - the clean, cosy rooms and the spa were an absolute bonus. Would definitely stay again.

Room Tip: If sea views are important be sure to specify when booking.

Dear CeeDub52, We are so glad you enjoyed your stay in the Olive Mews apartment.
Thanks for alerting us to the banging noise- we did find the source and have rectified the problem - I'm so sorry about that.
I'm relieved to hear that the Apartment stayed nice and cool in the sweltering heat of that summer day - hopefully you were able to enjoy a dip in the sea to help you cool down too.
Thank you for your kind review of our apartments and we look forward to seeing you again soon.
Kind regards,

We stayed upstairs in "The Landing" for 5 nights. Seawall Apartments are in a terrific location in Glenelg, just a short walk from Jetty Road. The apartment was cosy yet spacious (12 foot ceilings) and more than comfortable for a short stay. Just remember to take your own toiletries!

The bathroom was super clean and the bed was ultra comfortable.

The kitchen in "The Landing" isn't really geared up for cooking meals. It's OK for heating up basic pre-packaged food, but the cooktop is like a campstove tucked away in the cupboard. Still, you're so close to restaurants on Jetty Road, it's just as easy to eat out.

But, regardless, we had a really lovely stay and would recommend the apartments.

Thanks for your review HappyWanderer72, I'm glad you appreciated The Landing, it is one of my favorite apartments and I love the view from the balcony.
I note your comment on toiletries and am so sorry if the full compliment of soap, shampoo, conditioner, bubble bath and body lotion was missed in your spa bathroom!
We would love to welcome you back to Seawall Apartments next time you are in Adelaide,
All the best,
Rachael

We have just stayed at Seawall Apartments and found the experience amazing! My 16 year old daughter found it on the internet and commented on the Tripadvisor reviews. Even the booking process was easy and friendly. The acutal accommodation was very clean, modern and comfortable. The views from our bedroom windows were amazing! Even though you are right on the beach, with activity ever where, the rooms are so quiet. I have already raved about our stay to friends and family and am very happy to talk about it here. I will definately be booking a return visit!

We stayed in "The Stables" over Christmas 2013. There is so much to commend the seawall apartments. The apartment was so clean and serviced efficiently. There were boating and sealife history to appreciate in all areas of the property. Our three year old twins were most interested! The grounds were kept neat and tidy. There were out door eating areas and BBQs outside all the apartments. Access to the beach was 2 mins. So easy to pop back if you forgot something. We scootered along the esplanade to the main street for meals or coffee - great access to the shops. We were surprised at the relative serenity of the surrounds, given the time of year. A great place for a break or an extended stay. We will be returning! Many thanks to the staff for their assistance in organising the booking, ease of payment and friendly service.
