A short visit to Glenelg in SA was complemented by an opportunity to relax and watch the start of the AFL Grand Final. Great spot to enjoy the scenery from the comfort of your bar stool of lounge chair on the top level of the Surf Life Saving Club. Hospitality of the staff and management was excellent, making visitors particular welcome.

Oysters on offer were to die for. Never tasted a more crisp and fresh natural oyster in my life.

Well done to all concerned. Hope you can maintain the standards.

Great spot to listen to live music while ovelooking the Glenelg beach on a Sunday afternoon. Interesting mix of music styes. Food is fine and cheap. Surprisingly good wine list with some lesser-known labels. Fun crowd - all ages

Excellent location just back a little from the beach. When we visited its was extremely busy and very noisy so we didn't stay to eat.

We have eaten here a couple of times and have had great experience - the calamari is beautiful. This is on the beach and has outside tables as well as a restaurant all on the 1st floor so it has a great view of the water. Reasonably priced meals and good quality. A good place for a Cappuccino as well.

I almost don't want to write a review, as this is my local and I believe it's one of Adelaide's best kept secrets. Cheap drinks and reasonable pub style food, friendly staff, unpretentious atmosphere but best of all, amazing views over the ocean from the big balcony. This is one of my favourite places to spend a weekend afternoon or to watch the sunset. Totally casual and not at all fancy in terms of food, this is a place I always take overseas/interstate visitors to and it never fails to wow.

You don't go here for the food, but salt and pepper squid is decent, fish and seafood specials have never disappointed and they have some of the best (and biggest) oysters and scallops I've ever had, at really good prices. Enjoy!!
