We stayed in the slightly larger 'Bushland' chalet, and it was just perfect. The peace and quiet, the views, the log fire, the sunrise and the many birds made it a very special two nights. The chalet was spotless and very comfortable. Seeing the large moon these last two nights was a real bonus. Thank you Greg and Sylvie.

Terrific place for a break away from Brisbane city life. Elegant and well appointed chalets with superb picture perfect views. Simple and refined decor - comfortable and complete with everything you need. So clean and easy. The fireplace was superb and we look forward to coming back for a cosy winter stay.
If coming from Brisbane, take the trip via Flagstone Creek Rd...very pretty transition from city to country.

Room Tip: They all look excellent!

This is our second stay here, its an awesome price, very well set up, relaxing view. Nice touches are the quality tea, coffee, cooking oil and toiletries as you'll want to stay in and enjoy the place . We will be regulars !!

This has to be the most perfect place to stay for a couple of nights. We looked over our balcony into the rainforest, the facilities were excellent, fridge/freezer, BBQ cooker, filtered drinking water and a fully openable double patio windowed front looking out onto your balcony and the view WOW!

The double bed is in the main room, but having kept the balcony curtains open and woken to the sunrise, it was fantastic!!

We had a BBQ and also the bathroom has a room ith a view to die for.

We used the lof fire for two nights having come from the Sunshine coast (temp of 28 plus, hot and sticky) to about 18-20 so we did feel the cold abit, but the fire and free wood put that right.

I cannot praise the place and the owners enough, give it a try!

Room Tip: There are three cabins, all with a view! take your pick

My girlfriend and I loved this place. There isn't a better Hotel to relax and enjoy your time off the your busy days in the city. Unfortunately we only stayed for a night, we would have love to stayed for longer. Highly recommended!

We only stayed one night but we were impressed by the location, amazing views and the general atmosphere which is very peaceful and relaxing. Would recommend for a night or longer stay. I would like to go back in cooler month and try some of the bush walks.

What a beautiful spot to spend our 10 year wedding anniversary! We spent a very peaceful relaxing afternoon/evening by the fireplace in the ironbark chalet enjoying each others company. These chalets are spotless and very well set up for a long or short stay, great l'occitane toiletries too- loved it and would have no hesitation in recommending as a place to getaway to!
