We got a very friendly welcome and when we saw the room we were soo impressed. We could see that the overall styling was done with love and perfectionism fitting to the rest of the house. The stay will be topped by a wonderful breakfast - you will not leave with hunger :). We just can recommend it! It's worth it's money!

This is truly the best bed & breakfast I have ever seen! Christina and John are so friendly and welcoming you can't help but love them instantly! The accommodations are beautiful and so clean!!! The breakfast was absolutely wonderful! Great food, great coffee, great juice! On the night of our departure Christina and John even brought us along to an Aussie BBQ! Was a wonderful experience, and the two are so hospitable. Will defintely visit again! When visiting Bundaberg, be sure to book this for your accommodation!

Fabulous in every respect. A warm welcome from Christina and John with tea served on the veranda and a decanter of port in the room. Fantastic suite of rooms filled with period furniture, good quality sheets and towels and proper toiletries that included Chanel perfume. Breakfast was hearty and well-cooked by John. We came away wishing we could have stayed longer and having got to know a bit about our hosts and the town they live in - oh and John gave my husband one of his treasured baseball caps. It doesn't get much better than that.

Room Tip: The room with the separate sitting room area is the best.

I can only say that this is the best bed and breakfast I have stayed in. It was picture perfect. From the moment we arrived John and Christine we so friendly and put you at your ease. We were offered refreshments and shown our beautiful room. Tt was beautiful, and the bed was very comfortable and we even had our own sitting room nook. This is a beautiful Queensland home that has been renovated to the highest standard. I want to live here all the time. My husband needed to see a doctor and we were shown where to go just three houses away.. Thank you. You should go here just to stay here for the weekend, it is well worth it. Or even just for a stop over. Dont miss this.

Room Tip: I was allowed a little peak at some of the other rooms and they were all beautiful, you will not be...

What a wonderful night we spent at John & Christina's beautiful B&B! When looking for accommodation in Bundaberg for a wedding I fell across Ingelbrae, it looked like a good option seeing as I was originally travelling on my own and a B&B is always more homely. It was lovely to be greeted at the airport at 9ish in the morning and then escorted to Ingelbrae by John who showed me around their amazing home. I then enjoyed a lovely pot of tea on their traditional Queensland veranda, followed by reading my book on the bay window in the wonderfully appointed front room with the windows ajar and a beautiful spring Queensland breeze wafting through the room. Then it came time to head to the church for the wedding, and once again John offered to be my chauffeur! Such a nice touch given my husband had yet to arrive as was still working in Brisbane and driving up for the reception, and then to top the wonderful hospitality off John and Christina then offered to drive James to the reception when he finally arrived in town. Breakfast was then exceptional, and John & Christina’s company was lovely, I will never stay anywhere else but Ingelbrae when in Bundaberg.

Inglebrae is a true B & B, hosted by John and Christine who look after your every needs. Afternoon tea and a chat on the verandah on arrival, and as I was travelling on my own they even offered to share their dinner with me. Beautiful house superbly fitted out and filled with everything you want, comfortable bed, lovely shower. Good breakfast. Couldnt have wanted any more than this. Thank you and enjoy your trip.

We stayed at Inglebrae for two nights and had a lovely time. When we arrived we were welcomed by our hosts and shown to our beautiful room. There was everything you could need and more including special touches like port, chocolates and luxury toiletries. It was like staying in a 5 star hotel but with a more personal touch. The only thing we missed was lack of WiFi in the rooms although we could have used their computer our main point of contact with home is Skype so wanted some privacy. However, that is just us personally and probably would not be as much of a problem for other people.

The thing that really makes Inglebrae special is it's hosts John and Christina. They are so kind and helpful and did everything they could to make it special, After learning we didn't have a car John offered to give us a tour of the local area and even dropped us at the beach. He also gave us a lift to the airport. Breakfasts by John were spectacular, you will definitely not go hungry! Sitting on the veranda eating breakfast was probably one of the best times of the day.

Although going to Bundaberg was not the most direct way of getting to our destination our stay at Inglebrae made it worthwhile. Inglebrae may be slightly more expensive than the many motels in the area you get a lot for your money and it is clear that John and Christina love what they do and love getting to know people. Thank you!
