I have dined at a number of degustation restaurants both in Sydney and abroad, I found the food excellent, the range of dishes varied and the wines very well matched HOWEVER, I did find the staff a little pompous in attitude and presumptious as the first waitress assumed we would have our venasin medium rare "of course you will have it medium rare" and the wine waitress while sounding extremely knowedgable on the wines when I asked a few questions I realised the information is rehearsed and not from personal experience and doing courses. (Obviously staff have their speel out the back to study before coming out). Apart from these couple of things, would recommend this restaurant.
