Caveau is a SMH, "one chef's hat" restaurant located in the Wollongong CBD. I visited on a weekday evening and enjoyed a lovely 3 course dinner for a very reasonable price. There was also an option for a degustation menu. (I beleve that the 3 course a la carte is not available on weekends). The food was fresh and well-presented and as good as any fine dining restaurant in the big cities. The highlight of my meal was a delicious lamb rump, cooked beautifully. The wait staff were friendly and service was efficient. I would most definitely return to this restaurant!
