We were trying to find a place for dinner that wouldn't require a second mortgage to pay for it. Our hotel recommended Oishii, and since we like both Thai and Japanese food, we decided to go there.
The food was good, but the portions were a bit on the small side. The atmosphere was essentially non-existent: battleship grey paint, red light fixtures, and some kimonos on the walls for "decor."
But it's the service that really deserves some attention. There was none. We waited a good 10 minutes for someone to even stop at the table, and after that, the only way we had any interaction with any of the waitresses was if we flagged them down. Truly unacceptable.
Bottom line: this is an affordable option in Pokolbin with good food, but don't expect any kind of service.
