On a quick visit to the Hunter Valley, Amanda's provided an elegant repast after a long day of wine tasting. Five dollars a head meant that we could easily bring our own, sampling some of the day's purchases. Food was delicious - memories of the ravioli and the perfectly cooked steak will linger. Service was solid and not obtrusive. The restaurant was set up in a number of small "entertaining" areas and we barely knew that other diners existed, let alone a group with some small children. Well done, Amanda's.
