We decided to eat at the resort on our first night at Infuzions Restaurant.
Both chose to have a steak, which was cooked perfectly!
The wine list was extensive, however a little lacking if you wanted to order by the glass.
The atmosphere was warm and friendly and we thoroughly enjoyed our dinner.

We dined at Infuzions as part of our stay at the Sebel which was generally lovely. While there was nothing terrible about the restaurant there was also nothing amazing for the prices they were asking (around $40 per main). Pasta tasted pre packaged although the pork belly entree was delicious. For these prices in Sydney you would generally get a stand out meal. If you want a quick relaxed meal this is a nice place to go, but expect to pay for it. However we would note these prices appear to be the standard going rate for any ordinary meal at a winery or hotel in Pokolbin.

On Saturday 21st July night my wife and I dined on a divine degustation dinner by chef Zyza for a very special occasion. The 9 course dinner was an amazing journey for the senses cumulating in an incredible chocolate extravaganza desert.

Each dish packed with loads of flavour and textures from the sweet succulent scallops, the tender wagyu beef carpaccio and the crispy pork dish were a delight.

The desert was a large tile of assorted desserts including mini chocolate bruleés, coffee jellies, home made rum and raisin ice cream, strawberries coated in chocolate, thin slices of chocolate cake, just to name a few! It was an interactive, fun and scrumptious dessert, the addition of rock pops were a wonderful surprise.

A very memorable meal that will be talked about for a long time to come. The chef was incredibly innovative and skilled and we will certainly dine anywhere she is cooking!

I enjoyed my visit from start to finish. The staff were so welcoming and friendly. Service was of a high level and professional. Our entire table enjoyed all meals we chose with the help of the wait staff. My oysters were fresh and plump. Desert was a special highlight...lovely
