“Awesome cheese!”
Reviewed December 28, 2012

I love this boutique dairy! They do some sheeps milk cheese but mainly goats milk cheese. It is fresh and simple (ie not lots of chedders with varying additives for flavour) but with beautiful tastes. There is something for everyone from simple chedder to more fancy ash chevre. Yum!

“Labna YUMMO”
Reviewed December 18, 2012

Beautiful cheeses, I tried them all but the pick was definitely the labna and marinated fetas. I'm going back to stock up on labna for Christmas.

“Tasty cheeses”
Reviewed November 14, 2012

Visited here after a busy day in the Hunter and frankly didn't expect much after our other cheese shop experiences in the area -- turned out to be pleasantly surprised. The young man behind the counter was happy for us to try any of the cheese on display and furthermore was happy to let us retry those we were think of purchasing. We purchased Labna - a cheese made using yoghurt, chevre and marinated feta. Thoroughly recommended.

“Amazing Cheeses”
Reviewed May 11, 2012 via mobile

This was our second visit to Binnorie Dairy because the cheese really is exceptional, however, we felt like we were an imposition to the staff behind the counter..... It's really not that hard to smile and be polite.....

“Delicious locally-made cheese”
Reviewed March 27, 2012

Binnorie is a must stop for anyone packing a country picnic for lunch in the Hunter. Avoid the crowds at the Smelly Cheese Shop and head to the source here. We got delicious cheeses and breads - unlike in some of the other places, these are all locally made - and ate in the sun at our lovely B&B, Elfin Hill (great spot!).
The range of cheeses was great and generally the prices okay but we were surprised that the Binnorie feta was more expensive than at our local grocer in inner-Sydney!
