Fabulous outlook, fabulous food. Breakfast was the corn fritters with bacon, I added tomato chutney and a poached egg. Great combination - very filling though. My friends had the eggs benedict which was also delicious. With that, I also ordered a pink blush (as you do) and a mug of coffee. The coffee is good, make sure you clarify with the wait staff if it is the correct order - they were fully booked the Sunday morning I was there and some orders became a little muddled. However that did not detract from the food. Great value if you take your entertainment book (gold book).

Despite being a largish group of friends, Restaurant Cuvee was perfectly fine with us popping in for lunch. Several of the group needed to alter meals for dietary needs and this was done with outstanding results.

Not only was the food served in a timely manner, but it was beautifully presented. The staff were attentive and professional. This was my first visit to this restaurant and I was not disappointed.

Plan to go back and have their breakfast.

This is a lovely location in the popular Petersens champagne house in The Hunter Valley. However the lunch today was disappointing, especially the “Wagyu brisket”. The meat was shredded, tough and tasteless while the mash topping was similarly unappealing. If this was a Wagyu product the cooking process killed the quality! The quantity of the serve was massive and the mushrooms tasty. The entrees were similarly not very enjoyable. A lot more effort and expertise is needed to produce meals worthy of this lovely location.
