As a travel manager from Flight Centre Victoria Point, in the industry for 6 years, I have always wanted to travel to the Hunter Valley. Knowing very well we only had 48hrs in the Hunter, I wanted to make sure that for my wife and my 1st year anniversary we encapsulated everything the Hunter has to offer.

Two fat blokes came to my attention on various occasions and knew it was something that Flight Centre sells.

So we booked it, forecast was terrible, rain, winds, cold temps - you name it, the Hunter was scheduled for it.

No doubt we woke up, had our Breakfast, grabbed the Brolley. Right on time, Bryan from TFBGT arrives right on 9.45 right out the front of our room.

Instantly felt welcomed along with our wine, cheese, chocolate and beer tasting compatriots who were already in the bus.

Bryan was never rushed and constantly told us history and jokes about the valley in a constructive and well delivered manner.

Throughout the day we visited 6 venues, from wine tastings, to lunch, to cheese and wine pairing (delivered and explained by Bryan 10/10), chocolate tasting and the blokes at Hunter Valley brewing Co for some Beer.

I rate this tour as one of the best, rain, hail or shine. Local, interstate or international - this tour is for you.

Thank you Two Fat Blokes for making our 1 year wedding anniversary something we will remember.

Thank you to Bryan for calling our hotel in advance to light the fire for our arrival on this cold winters day.

This is something special we will remember forever!!

See you for our 2nd, 3rd, 4th +++++++ wedding anniversaries.

A+ rating - especially to Bryan and the team

Excellent selection of cheeses but the food variety for me was ordinary. Basically burgers etc that are a little pricey.

We had some excellent food and wine across 4 locations with our Progressive Winemakers lunch. Highly recommended this is the second time I have done this tour. Different restaurants this time with our driver Julie. Thanks again Julie for a great family day in the Hunter Valley

Chris and I had the best day and Robyn was a fantastic host. The group we had with us were hilarious and it really made the day one filled with a lot of laughs. We will be adding Two Fat Blokes to our inbound tourism business when we launch in 2017. Would love to relive the day.

We had a fabulous tour guide called Robyn. Robyn was informative and passionate about the winerys we visited - Mistletoe, De luise, Audrey Wilkinson, Gundog and Tulloch. We had cheese and wine tasting at Two Fat Blokes shop, wine supplied by De Luise. We enjoyed each and every winery and also enjoyed a visit to Potters Brewery
