“Your home in the Hunter Valley”
Reviewed November 30, 2010 for a stay in November 2010

My wife and I stayed two nights at the Willow Tree Estate, in search of a quiet, cozy getaway in the countryside while visiting Sydney and its neighborhood. We were charmed by our accommodation and our hosts, from the stunning view over the valley to the large room complete with a four-poster bed and Jacuzzi bath to the breakfast fare, which was a cut well above the usual. Location is superb, just at the heart of the wine valley. There is a small swimming pool at the back, and we found ourselves choosing a picnic dinner on the front door veranda, looking at the sunset with a bottle of wine over venturing out to the local restaurants for dinner. This was relaxation at its best. The owners take care of their visitors as guests as opposed to as customers and the friendly yet professional service was very appreciated. Highly recommended and we will definitely return when we are next in the Hunter Valley.

“Great break”
Reviewed November 27, 2010 for a stay in November 2010

We had a wicked time at Willow tree, Great people, Beautiful grounds and rooms were charming and cosy. If possible, visit mid week as we did and almost had the place to ourselves! (cheaper rates as well)
Friendly owners and very helpful for tours etc.
Def return again.
oh, and they have a REAL VHS player in the room with heaps of cassettes, awesome!

“Beautiful accommodation in a spectacular location”
Reviewed November 23, 2010 for a stay in July 2010

Was pleasantly suprised by Willowtree Estate when we stayed there in July this year. We booked only a few weeks in advance and got a great deal. Having not stayed in the Hunter before we were uncertain of our choice but once we arrived we knew we'd found somewhere special. The hosts were accommodating and the location was perfect. Thanks for having us stay in your lovely estate. We'd love to return one day and highly recommend you to everyone.

“Most Beautiful Wedding”
Reviewed October 27, 2010 for a stay in September 2010

We had our wedding at Willow Tree Estate in September 2010. From the moment of booking to after the actual event, Raylee was welcoming, helpful and accomodating. The venue is picturesque. The service is impeccible. It has a beautiful, relaxed country charm that make your wedding so special. I have the most beautiful memories of our wedding weekend and would absolutely recommend Willow Tree to anyone.

“Best place for a wedding, the whole package!”

We had our wedding on Friday October 1st 2010. We were so happy with Willow Tree Estate and all the effort that Raylee and her team put into preparing the grounds and rooms for our special day. All of our guests were blown away with how awesome the venue was for a wedding. The photos im sure will be amazing (but not yet received) as there were so many amazing background shots, including the dam, the vineyards, the willow trees and rose gardens. The whole wedding package worked out quite reasonable as we were able to take our own alcohol and it accommodated our families over night, in beautifully presented guest suites.
Everyone left raving about their time spent there. Well done guys!!

“Beautiful homestead with fantastic servce & close to wineries”

My wife, 4 week old daughter and I stayed here as part of a wedding. We were given one of the rooms to call home for two nights and the whole experience was faultless. Without commenting on the wedding (which was lovely) the location, building and grounds were very country authentic. The room we had included a 4 post bed, spa bath and plenty of room. Oh, and a big private balcony. If you stayed here for a get away, you can easily do it with a small child and definetly would be great for a couple's romantic getaway as well. Their servce, as soon as we were spotted with the little one we were immediately approached and asked if there was anything, anytime we needed for the little one, just to ask and we would be looked after.... nice touch.
There are plenty of accomdation options in the hunter valley, and I am sure most have great views, but I am sure not all of them have the same service and friendly welcoming atmosphere that you will get from Raylee and the others at Willow Tree Estate.

“Wow what an amazing place for a work conference”

Wow what an amazing place. I would highly recommend it. I had to arrange an annual work conference and choose Willow Tree Estate, and we were not disappointed. What a Special place that is truly assembled with great love and care. The warm professional & friendly feel that you receive from the owner Raylee is extremely rare. I had 12 work colleagues say what a wonderful place to stay all commenting on how large & clean all the rooms were & said that they would love to come back again next year, stating that it was a lot nicer than any other 5 star resort that they have stayed in. The breakfast was amazing, one of the nicest I have had, no one went hungry and they were more than happy to cater to our dietary requirement, I could not fault one thing, & the price was fantastic so would highly recommend booking your next work conference here
