Some friendly and helpful staff at reception, but its a bit of a lottery.
I used TA's advice, room overlooking the road on the fourth floor, not quiet, but better than those at back which face the rail line.
Useful guests laundry second floor, as usual 3 dollars for wash , ditto dry.
Food quality depended on whether or not the chef was on duty, he was only Mondays to Thursdays when I was there. When he was around food was good. Otherwise breakfast is typical overdone sausages, , bacon, scrambled or hard boiled eggs, not very appetising beans . Area by the hotel entrance is both bar and eaterie, with overhead TVs , plastic chairs/ bar stools.
' 5 for 5' is 5 dollar drinks from the bar 5-7pm.
Rail stations very close, though the area is a bit mixed at night, very large popular church opposite , local fast food Pizzas, KF Chicken.
