“A bakery?? Really? Everything taste like plastic!”
Reviewed April 4, 2013

We stopped here for breakfast twice!
Terrible experience... Cappuccinos were so hot we had to wait 20 min before start drinking. Food was like coming from the supermarket! Terrible bakery

“Over rated”
Reviewed March 25, 2013

Rated as a top bakery but our experience was not good. Placed our order and paid only to be told pie not available, so had to choose another which required a refund which proved to be a hassle and assistant not at all pleasant about it. Pie was very average

“Good but had better pies”
Reviewed February 3, 2013

The village is a great place to stop if you're traveling through dubbo but just a heads up, they're not as good as the used to be! Real meat pies are getting harder & harder to find and if that's what you're expecting from award winning pies you'll be disappointed. The signs say real "beef steak" which would lead you to believe theres real meat in them but they're all mince and sloppy except the one and only plain chuncky pie. You won't find real meat in any others. I queried this and was told it is beef steak just minced. Place is self is nice though, you can always opt for a fresh sandwich and theres plenty of seating. Best pies are still in Hamilton,TAS in my opinion!

“Good pies but really pricey”
Reviewed January 18, 2013

The pies and pastries are nice but extremely pricey. If you're in a bind for time it's a good, quick snack, but you can literally get a full meal at a pub for around the same price you're going to pay for a pie and a drink here.

“Nice....really really nice. Well done and well worth a stop.”
Reviewed December 27, 2012 via mobile

Went for breakfast; mum, dad and 6 year old son. Service was prompt and friendly. Limited breakfast options but large serves of bacon & eggs, b & e roll and toast with jam. Lots and lots and lots of lunch options. Spotlessly clean shop and plenty of free parking (vans no problem)
and seating. Lovely bakery fare. Lovely sandwich bar and salads available. The coffee was well above average. Didn't try any of the pies but they looked great and the bakery has won lots (and I mean lots) of awards - they're all over the place. Have to I think on my next visit.
