Stayed for 1 night in the self contained unit during a recent 5000km road trip & found this place to be wonderful. Made very welcome, our travelling greyhound pet loved the property & the fact she was allowed to sleep inside. Photo's & floor plan on the website don't do justice to how nice the accommodation is & we would certainly stay again if back in the area.
Property is on the main highway but noise was not an issue, struggled to get phone/ internet coverage but for 1 night who cares really. Thanks again.

We stayed with our Golden Retriever, a very spoilt house pet. We loved the security (he was allowed to stay inside while we attended a wedding) and so many extra's included such as lovely breakfast supplies, lot's of nice pillows, very clean beds, tioletries, cottage is spotless, one tip is to program Camp Road in gps then no problem finding it, lovely garden setting and secure outside enclosure for outside pets to stay, will definately come again, pics on the sites do not do this place justice, lovely people too, very close to Dubbo Zoo, thanks Graham.

After driving for 9 hours it was a welcome relief to be greeted by such a lovely, friendly host who took great pleasure in showing us his B&B with an abundance of fresh food for our great big breakfast. We didn't stay in the cottage but our accommodation was very spacious with a lovely country feel. The beds were very comfortable, bathroom very clean and modern and the kitchen and lounge were large with a big TV. and comfy couch to relax on. Although we were only there for an overnight stopover, we had a very pleasant time and would highly recommend it especially for families as it is a delightful country property with farm animals, a playground and lots of space for the kids to run around in.

Sets the standard for family cottages in oz - clean and well maintained with quality rooms, well equipped kitchen (including some kitchen basics, which seems anathema to many places in NSW) and comfortable lounge with good tv/dvd player. Very comfortable and just well thought out in terms of what is provided.

The cottage is set in a nice garden adjoining farmland, so at dusk / dawn there are plenty of birds and with minimal effort you can wander up to the fence and see wild Kangaroos. At night the sky is bright with stars, being away from main Dubbo. The cubby house for kids is a great feature as well.

It's about 5 minutes from the zoo - about as close as you can get - and ten from Dubbo proper. Great location for a bit of peace and quiet but still very convenient.

Top tier place and would look to stay there again next time I head that way.

Such a comfortable and hospitable place to stay. My 3 year old son loved the cubby house, cows moo-ing in the distance, and plenty of room to run around. My husband and I loved the air-conditioning and close proximity to the town and zoo. Graham and Lorna thought of everything. Would love to come again!

I stayed here for 3 nights with my husband, mother & dog. We stayed in Clare cottage it was clean, roomy and very comfortable. The property was so relaxing and really pretty. Owners were very pleasant and left us to our own devices but were very approachable when we asked for info on the surrounding areas/things to do. There are fenced enclosures to lock up your dog while you are out, only downfall is that there is no grass in these pens. We would definitely stay here again next time we are going to or passing through Dubbo.

Stayed here again for 2 nights whilst travelling down south and returning home. Once again the premises were spotless and could not fault the units in any way. The hosts were again great and allowed me to change a night at the last minute to spend an extra day away with family.
If anything could be faulted it is that there is no fence separating the 2 units and could be a bother if both units have their dogs out at the same time.
Will definityely stay here again.
